– When do tickets go on sale?
21 January 2019. 12:00 (noon)

– How much do tickets cost?  
1st phase: €140, 2nd phase: €185 until 20 July. €220 at the gates.

– Is there a limited number of tickets?
Yes. Limit: 25 000 presales + 5 000 at the gate.

– Is there a daily or weekend ticket?
No, there are no daily or weekend tickets.

– Until when can I buy tickets online?
You can buy tickets online until 20 July 2019.

– I ordered and paid for my ticket but I haven’t received it yet.
First check your SPAM folder. If you still don’t have it, please contact ticket@ozorafestival.eu

– What does the ticket price include?
Free camping, car parking, use of all facilities, participation in all the programs of the festival.

– When do the gates open?
Gates open on 26 July 2019, Friday 15:00.

– When do the gates close?
Gates close on 6 August 2019, Tuesday 12:00 (noon).

– Is camping for free?
Yes, it is.

– Is there a hotel at the festival?
No, sorry. You can find some guesthouses in the neighbouring villages but we recommend you enjoy the authentic experience and camp together with the Ozorian family.

– How can I get to the festival?
You can find travel info here.

– Can I pay in Euros?
Yes, you can use both Euros and Forints in the festival.

– Can I pay by card?
No, you can only pay by cash.

– Is there an ATM at the festival?
Not on the festival grounds. The nearest ATM machine is in Simontornya.

– How old do I have  to be to enter the festival?
Under 18 you can only get in with a person who is over 18 and takes responsibility for you.
Children under 14 can only get access with parental supervision. 
Under the age of 14 entry is free.
Underage persons have to be pre-registered on the website after they (or their parents) bought their ticket.

– Is the festival suitable for disabled people?
Yes. We have easy-access shower units and toilets, however, some parts of the venue can be challenging to cross, especially in bad weather conditions. Please, make sure that you have someone with you, who can help you if needed.

– Do disabled people have a ticket discount?
No, but their helper gets one free ticket.

– Can I bring my pet to the festival?
We don’t advise you to bring your pet to the festival for many reasons, but it’s not forbidden. If you must bring your pet, then you have to register them on our website and check them in at the gates after you received your wristband.

– I bought a ticket already but can’t come to the festival. What can I do?
As you can read in our terms and conditions, tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, wristbands are non-transferable.
You can only transfer a ticket to a new owner by paying the cost differential between the actual ticket price and the price of purchase. If you want to transfer your ticket, please read what you need to do in Ticket Info.

– Is the 24-hour Day Zero party included in the festival ticket price?
Yes, of course.

– Are there safety lockers at the festival?
You can rent a locker for 1 euro/day. They can be found by the O.Z.O.R.A. t-shirt shop between the Dome and the canteen (restaurant). Lockers are big enough to fit an average backpack.

– How can I apply to work for the festival or bring my art project?
We ask everyone to fill out a form on our website and give us the specifics of the work they would like to do and/or the details of their project. The Application Forms (open call) will be available on the website from 7 January 2019 under the Participation menu.

– How can I apply as a volunteer?
